Tahir Serin

Tahir Serin is Founder and CEO of LMW Elektronik. He is responsible for research and development, design, the company’s strategic direction, and financial and administrative affairs.

He brings together electrical and electronic engineering, software, marketing and product development. His work focuses on connecting technical possibilities with customer needs and turning an idea into a usable product.

In product decisions, he considers not only how a circuit works, but also the need it addresses, how it will be manufactured and the value it offers users.

Serin considers LMW’s future growth through the relationship between lighting electronics, software and new product opportunities. He shapes the company’s vision by combining technical progress with a sustainable business structure.

His management approach connects R&D and design decisions with financial planning, operational needs and market expectations. He regards direct customer communication and technical support as essential to long-term business relationships.

He studied marketing at Marmara University and marketing and advertising at Istanbul University. He completed a master’s degree in marketing and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Global College of America, a higher education institution in Arizona, USA.
